Commissioned Portraiture

Bettie Grace Miner’s unique portraits are now available to individuals by private commission.  Bettie’s fine art portraits are highly sought after by collectors who appreciate the fine art approach to portraiture.  You can now commission the artist for your own portrait, family portrait, or even your family pet.  Rather than a traditional photographic portrait, your art portrait will have the look of an Impressionist painting that will be a cherished memory for a lifetime.

Your portrait will start with a custom photo session with Bettie Miner in her downtown Los Angeles loft/studio.  From that session, a photograph will be chosen as the model for the fine art piece that Bettie will create for you.   If you wish, arrangements can be made for the photo session to take place in your home or other location.

Custom Portrait Package: $2500.00, plus California Sales Tax

Includes:

  • Private Photo Session at Bettie Miner’s Los Angeles Studio ~ Or in your home or office (within Los Angeles County).
  • Fine Art Impressionist Photograph/Painting by Bettie Grace Miner.
  • Digital preparation and retouching of chosen image.
  • High quality pigment based art prints, hand signed by the artist.
  • Print Package Includes: One Canvas print, up to 15”x15”; Three 8”x10” or 8”x8” prints on premium paper; Two 5”x7” or 5”x5” prints on premium paper.
  • One custom Compact Disc with image on cover, which includes a TIFF file of the final image and a JPEG for web/internet use.

Additional Services:

  • Collage: Bettie will work with you on special commissions for collage pieces, which would feature your photos and other personal mementos that would combine to create a very special collection.  Please contact the artist to discuss your particular project.
  • Custom framing is offered for your convenience. A number of beautiful framing styles and options are available. To receive a quote, please contact the artist.
  • The commercial or fine art printing of products, such as Holiday cards, is also available.  Prices vary depending on size and quantity.
  • Gift Certificates are available.
